Alison Colligan

Alison has had a fundamental role within the company since starting the business with Simon in 2002. Together with Simon’s sales expertise and Alison’s administrative background the two of them had the essential qualities to create a successful business. Alison continues in her role as Company Director providing the necessary support to enable the company to continue to grow.

Jill Smith

Jill began her estate agency career with Fox & Sons, Salisbury in 1996 as a sales negotiator, she then came to Fox & Sons Amesbury, where she first started working with Simon. With Jill’s drive and passion for her job she progressed to managing offices in both Wiltshire and Hampshire and received several national awards along the way. Just before Simon opened his own estate agency Jill felt the time was right for her to help him create the right environment that would provide customers with a dedicated more individual approach that she felt could not be offered with a national chain.
Wayne

Wayne Kerley

Having lived in Amesbury since 1999 Wayne is an integral part of the team having joined the company in May 2004, he is involved in all aspects of the business enabling smooth transactions for both sellers and purchasers. Wayne has seen many examples of both brilliant and awful customer service, he believes that nobody should be on the receiving end of anything less than excellence.
James

James Baker

James lives locally in Amesbury having joined the team in 2021; previously worked as an operations coordinator for a high street fashion brand before the pandemic. He managed several high street retailers gaining a wealth of customer service skills. When James purchased his house from Simon Colligan Estate Agents, he was so impressed with the level of service he couldn’t possibly work anywhere else.
Beth

Beth Collinson

Beth lives locally and having purchased a house previously from Simon Colligan Estate Agents. She joined the team in 2019 as our office administrator working every Saturday. Beth also works at a local pharmacy, where she builds rapport with the local community and exhibits her customer relation skills. In her spare time Beth loves to cook, her favourite dish is a sweet chilli beef with noodles.

Zuzana Small

Zuzana first connected with Simon Colligan Estate Agents as a homebuyer and officially joined the team in May 2024 as our Weekend Viewing Assistant. With a strong passion for properties and renovations, she brings her love for interior design to every project. Currently, Zuzana is renovating her second home while balancing life as a mother of two young children. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, painting, and taking long country walks with her family and their dog, Rufus.
